Hello and welcome to our website.  We’ve packed it full of useful information in a very easy to use format with the added benefit of several online functions. If you’re new to the area, have a look at our website and opening times, and feel free to pop in and see us.


*COVID VACCINE UPDATE - 16.06.2021*

If you have not received notification of your first vaccination appointment, please contact the national booking team on 0800 030 8013 (available 8am - 8pm, 7 days per week).  You can also visit the NHS Inform website for more information: https://www.nhsinform.scot/covid-19-vaccine/invitations-and-appointments/missing-appointment-details

COVID-19 Vaccine Status (Proof of vaccination)

  • You can now access your COVID-19 Vaccine Status online by logging on to www.nhsinform.scot/covid19status

  • If you have lost / forgotten / don't have a username or password - you can create new ones by selecting the 'forgot username' or 'forgot password' options.  

  • You can also contact the Freephone Covid Status Helpline to get a record posted to you on 0808 196 8565

  • The Scottish Government continues to urge a highly cautious approach to international travel, given the risk of the new variants

  • If you are intending to travel abroad you should check the entry requirements for your destination country on the UK foreign travel advice pages

  • Please ensure you check the re-entry requirements for your return to Scotland 

  • Only request a vaccination record if it is absolutely required and you are due to travel in the next 21 days

Public Holidays / Closures

The Medical Centre will be closed on the following dates:

  • Monday 26th July 2021

The Medical Centre will also be closed every Wednesday from 30th June from 12noon - 1pm for staff training.  If you require urgent medical advice (that is not an emergency for 999), a mobile telephone number will be provided on the telephone greeting message during 12noon - 1pm and also on the front door.
